Miami Community Charter School opens its doors to students for the very first time. There are over 125 students enrolled in grades K-4.

Miami Community Charter School has been recognized in the national and international community, most notably at the Oxford University Educational Quality Roundtable
After just 4 years, enrollment total hits 500 students. First year high school students. Completion of arts program, including: Art, Graphic Design, Choir, and Band.
MCCS is recognized by Governor Charlie Crist in State of the State speech.

New State-of-the-art Middle/High school building opened for grades 6-11. The new building includes beautiful classrooms, a technologically advanced media center, a full size basketball court, a cafeteria with the capacity to fit 650 people, and 200 brandnew Apple student laptops. Enrollment total on the first day of the 2011/2012 school year is 800 students; this number is set to reach over 1000 students in grades K-12 for the 2012/2013 school year, along with Miami Community Charter School's first graduating class
